friday, july 18th

3rd annual celebration of the arts and poker opening ceremonies

5:00pm cocktail hours
6:00pm dinner
8:00pm headlining act
9:00pm variety show including
"MEET THE PLAYERS": an introduction to poker players. please plan to be at this portion of the event



saturday, july 19th

morning breakfast and casual greetings
11:00am players arrive to commence tournament play
play continues with breaks throughout the day until the sole remaining player is crowned champion.



sunday, july 20th

9:00am - 11:00am farewells, coffee and light breakfast
